The Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) provides information and expert help in one convenient place for anyone needing to use aging and disability services for themselves or someone they know.

Highly trained, local advocates will help assess needs and pinpoint the most helpful information and assistance. More local ADRC assistance information here.

You may need more help planning for a safe and healthy future. A skilled professional Options Counselor will help you assess your strengths, needs and challenges. The Counselor will also help you choose options to improve the quality of your life. The Options Counselor can connect you with local resources. 2019 Senior and Disability Services Needs Survey

 Jackson and Josephine Counties’ governmental agency on aging (Senior and Disability Services), would appreciate your assistance to better understand what services are needed to ensure that those facing aging or disability issues – or those who are caring for someone facing these issues – are able to live where they want as independently as possible.

The survey should only take about 10 minutes of your time to complete. No identifying information is being collected and your responses are confidential. We would greatly appreciate your responses.
