Rogue Valley Council of Governments (RVCOG) is a voluntary association of 22 local jurisdictions, special districts, and education institutions in southwestern Oregon's Jackson and Josephine Counties. Its primary focus is to support local and regional problem solving. [more] 

RVCOG provides services to its members and agency partners through these major cost centers:
 
Planning (Transportation, Land Use, Community Development, and Natural Resources): Transportation Planning, Metropolitan Planning Organization, Land Use Planning, Community Development, GIS; Water quality testing, parks, wetland and Stormwater, riparian restoration, environmental permitting, TMDLs (Bear Creek and Rogue Basin), education and outreach, videos, and natural resource evaluation

 
Senior & Disability Services: Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC), Food & Friends senior meals program (Meals on Wheels), Oregon Project Independence Family Caregiver, Living Well, Lifelong Housing, Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for Jackson and Josephine Counties
