Welcome to Rogue Solar
Rogue Solar is a community-based project designed to help residents and businesses in Jackson and Josephine Counties overcome the logistical and financial obstacles of going solar. With pre-selected contractors and equipment, as well as workshops to walk you through the process, going "Rogue Solar" is a breeze!
Based on a highly effective model that has dramatically increased solar installations statewide, Rogue Solar is a project of the Rogue Valley Council of Governments in partnership with RHT Energy Solutions. Other program partners include Solar Oregon, Energy Trust of Oregon, Pacific Power, City of Ashland, and Rogue Federal Credit Union.
Local businesses interested in participating in Rogue Solar's "group-buy" program are encouraged to contact Sherry Dowiot with RHT Energy Solutions at 541-770-5884 or sherry@rhtenergy.com to schedule a free solar site assessment of your commercial or industrial property.
Rogue Solar workshops are free and open to the public, and are designed to help interested business owners and residents learn more about prices and how to participate in this community-based program.
